This week’s photo challenge came at a good time for me because in Hong Kong, and China, it is currently Shanghai Hairy Crab season. For those of you who follow me on Facebook and Instagram know I am completely and utterly addicted to these crabs. Tonight we had them for dinner. Here I am picking the crabs. The hairy crabs are in season every year from beginning of October to end of December. They are dark green in color and turn a beautiful orange when steamed.
